		<description>These are excellent points and the reality is that most firms spend very little time focusing on existing clients outside of service delivery. The first bullet point is spot on. Call clients outside of normal service delivery to demostrate you care about them. Only calling when you are on the clock is really a poor way to deliver client service. How would it feel if the shoe was on the other foot?</description>
